A case of hump removal and deviated nose rhinoplasty


 
This man had a hump on his nasal bridge and his nasal tip was lower than bridge.
 
Removed nasal bone and cartilage that form a hump.
 
Ear and septum cartilage is used for nasal tip.
 
 
 
This man also had a deviated nose.
 
Corrected his deviated nasal bridge by osteotomy.
 
 
"Deviated nose often has a nasal septum deviation, and it can cause nasal decongestion.
 
Hanabi rhinoplasty clinic analyzes it using 3D-CT before surgery, and improves it through nasal septum adjustment during surgery."

A case of short nose rhinoplasty



When viewed from the side, 90 ~ 95 degree is the most suitable angle that nose bridge and lips form.

Nose occupying one-third of a face, when dividing face into three parts vertically, is the most idealistic.

However, when angle between nose and lips is over 110 degree or nose is shorter than one-third of face, the nose is called short or upturned nose.

In a case of short nose, nostrils are overly exposed when viewed from the front.


This woman had a short nose and did a rhinoplasty to improve it at Hanabi clinic.


Nasal tip became longer than before.


In this case, Rib cartilage was used for nasal bridge and tip.

Rib cartilage is a good material as it is an autologous material, and has an enough cartilage for bridge and tip.
