Revision rhinoplasty using rib cartilage

This woman had rhinoplasty at the other clinic, but some reason, her nose has changed to like above(shortened nose).

So, She wanted to have a revision to making her nose lengthening.

In her case, she had not enough cartilage because it used at previous rhinoplasty.

And also, Short nose requires more cartilage to lengthening the nose.

Nose tip correction
