Hanabi bulbous nose rhinoplasty

If nasal tip is wide and big, it commonly called bulbous nose.

In many cases, nasal alar is als wide.

Hanabi bulbous nose surgery method

Step 1: Remove nasal tip cartilage + fat tissue and reduce the volume of nasal tip.

Step 2: Gather wide-spead cartilage. (The point is not to make nasal tip look clipped)

Step 3: If nasal alar is also wide, better to do alar reduction at the same time.


Surgery time: 1 ~ 2hrs.
Anesthesia: iv sedation
Hospitalization: no need
Stitch removal: 5 days the day after surgery
Recovery period: 2 week
