Hanabi's alar base reduction

Face can be divided horizontally into five equal parts as shown on the picture above.

Make an incision of nasal skin following the design that least exposes scar.

Patient testimonial

When I was 20 years old, I had my first rhinoplasty at the clinic.

But my result was not good because silicon moved and the nasal tip was still low.

So I had a revision for 4 time more at the other clinic.
