Make an incision of nasal skin following the design that least exposes scar.

 

(Incise mainly inner part of skin following skin wrinkle line so that the scar cannot be seen)

 

 

Reduce nasal alar using only suture, without skin incision.

 

 

In a case of thick nasal alar skin, improve the nasal alar thickness through exciding nasal alar skin lenghthways.
