hanabi upturned nose rhinoplasty

A upturned nose is also called short nose.

When angle between nose and lips is over 110 degree or nose is shorter than one-third of face, the nose is called a upturned nose.

In this case, nasal bridge is short and nostrils are seen.

1. Cartilage exfoliation : sufficiently exfoliate nose tip cartilage from nose bridge cartilage.

2. Nasal septum extension transplantation : Implement nasal septum extension transplantation between nasal septum cartilage using autologous cartilage.

3. Nasal tip cartilage transplantation : Maximize nose tip lengthening effect by additionally transplanting ear cartilage and etc. into extended nasal tip cartilage.
