Nasal bridge augmentation

For nasal bridge augmentation, artificial implants or autologous materials can be used.

- artificial implants : silicone, goretex etc.

- autologous materials : dermofat, rib cartilage etc.

When undergoing rhinoplasty, we also considering the function of a nose.

Surgical methods

1) Nose skin elevation and making space for implants via open/internal approach

2) Implant insertion

3) Nasal tip surgery using autologous cartilage for natural dorsal line.

Surgery time:  1 ~ 2hrs.

Anesthesia: iv sedation

Stitch removal: 5days the day after surgery.

Recovery period: 2 week.
